Stone House Vineyard is introducing two new Cabernet Sauvignons to compliment our Howell Mountain Cab and our Angela's Wish Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa Valley.We will explore the grape’s signature depth and complexity through a lineup of wines from different regions.
We will examine the varietal’s hallmark traits—deep color, aromas of blackcurrant, plum, and spice, and firm tannic structure—while learning how factors like climate, oak aging, and terroir shape its character.
Our Master Class is an engaging, sensory experience that reveals why Cabernet Sauvignon remains the benchmark for powerful, structured red wines and will compliment your holiday table.
